HubSpot properties in Treble
When you configure a block that writes or reads information in HubSpot, Treble shows you the list of properties of your account so you can choose one. This page explains where that list comes from and what to do when the property you are looking for does not appear.Treble keeps a copy of your properties
Previously, Treble asked HubSpot for your properties every time you opened a block. That worked, but it generated a huge number of requests to HubSpot, and HubSpot limits how many an account can receive. Since September 2026, Treble keeps a copy of your properties and works on it. This brings two things:- Configuration is faster and does not consume the request limit of your HubSpot account.
- The changes you make in HubSpot do not show up on their own. If you create a new property, or add an option to a dropdown, Treble keeps showing the previous copy until you refresh it.
This only affects the list of properties you see when configuring. The values of your contacts and objects are always read from and written to HubSpot, never from a copy.
Refresh the property list
When you cannot find a property, use the sync button. You will find it in the different places where Treble shows you HubSpot properties:- In the CRM Action block
- In the CRM Object block
- In the HubSpot tools of the AI Agent
- In the contact properties configuration inside Sales
- In the message template builder
- In the routing by property configuration
