Treble has a native link shortener designed to make it easier to share URLs with your customers. The link shortener lets you paste the URL of your website, product, service, or any address you want to send. With just one click, in seconds you’ll get a shorter, cleaner link that’s easy to share—ideal for chat conversations.
The shortened links have the following format: https://trb.ai/CODE where CODE is a unique 6-character code generated randomly.
In the coming weeks, this tool will include usage metrics, where you can see how many users have visited each shortened URL you send, helping you measure the impact of your messages. For now, the link shortener is available exclusively within the simple message node in the conversation creator. Our team is already working to extend this functionality to other areas of the platform, including the Sales app and the HSM creator, very soon.
