HubSpot installation flow in Treble

At this point, follow the instructions. Click the “Connect App” button and a modal will open with the connection options. Click “HubSpot”.

After clicking “HubSpot”, the Select account screen will open, where you will see the list of available HubSpot accounts associated with your user. Select the account you want to connect to Treble and click Choose Account.

Authorize access permissions in HubSpot

Next, HubSpot will display the permissions that the WhatsApp Integration requests on your account. These permissions include managing and viewing CRM data (contacts, deals, companies), basic account information, tickets, and timeline events. Review the permissions and click Connect app to complete the authorization. If you wish to cancel, click Cancel.

Use HubSpot tools for AI in Treble

You can now use HubSpot tools for AI in Treble. To do this, go to the “AI Center” section and create a new AI agent. You must select the “Automate complex tasks” option. After creating the agent, go to the “Tools” section and select the “Connected Apps” option in the tools list. In this section, select the “HubSpot” application and you will see the available tools to use in AI.
