    • You can update information for Contact, Deal (Deal / Opportunity), and Pipeline, such as name, email, phone, stage, status, etc. You can also use custom properties for these entities.
  2. Get information from your entities to use in your conversations in Treble
    • You can get information from Contact, Deal (Deal / Opportunity), and Pipeline to use in your conversations in Treble, such as name, email, phone, stage, status, etc. You can also use custom properties for these entities.
  3. Create entities in Active Campaign
    • You can create Contacts and Deals (Deal / Opportunity) in Active Campaign with standard and custom properties.
  4. Delete entities in Active Campaign
    • You can delete Contacts and Deals (Deal / Opportunity) in Active Campaign.

Use case examples

  1. Your customers contact you on WhatsApp, our AI assistant answers frequently asked questions from your customers, checks if the Contact exists in Active Campaign, if not, creates it, and transfers the conversation to an agent on your team in Treble.
  2. Your customer wants to update their account information, and the AI agent can ask the necessary questions to update Contact data in Active Campaign.
  3. Your customer contacts you because they need help with a potential product purchase, and the AI agent can check the Deal (Deal / Opportunity) in Active Campaign and update its status and information.
  4. Your sales team needs visibility into sales progress, and the AI agent can query the Pipeline in Active Campaign to identify which stage each Deal is in and guide the next action in the conversation.
