Before connecting your WhatsApp line to Treble.ai, make sure you have:
  • A verified Meta business portfolio.
  • A Treble.ai account.
  • A phone number that is not associated with any WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business account.
    • This phone number must be able to receive SMS or calls.

Connect WhatsApp Line

To connect your WhatsApp line to Treble.ai, follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your Treble.ai account.
  2. Go to the Settings section.
  3. Click on the WABA section.
  4. Click on the Add phone number button.
  5. Follow the instructions to connect your WhatsApp line.
